There will be standard Rs. 199 shipping charges for all orders. 

The parcel will be sent through a government-registered courier company.

Customers are supposed to pay before receiving the parcel due to security concerns.

Customers are advised not to accept any opened/damaged parcels and simply reject it at the time of delivery.

Orders placed by 04:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service & we will provide you tracking ID which will enable you to trace your order online.

Orders received after 04:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.

Orders received on Sunday and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time is usually 3 working days (No Delivery on Sunday) in all cities across Pakistan. However, delivery can take up to 5-7 days if in a remote location or village.

During Sale days or promotions, your orders may face delay in delivery, but we will inform you if that happens.

We do offer our customers nominated day delivery, simply choose a day that suits you and we’ll deliver your order on that day.
